Description
Ugh: these aren’t really that shiny! These are pins issued by the Communications Research Centre Canada (aka CRC). JPL and the CRC co-produced the International Mobile Satellite Conference in 1990 (which I was not involved with), and 1993 (for which I was the JPL liaison with CRC personnel, and the editor of the Proceedings). So: pin 1 is the simple CRC logo. Pin 2 is for IMSC 90 (for scale, this pin is 1 inch wide). Pin 3 is for IMSC 93, and Pin 4 is a commemoration of CRC’s 25th Anniversary (1969-1994).
They were produced by, and given to me by, the folks at CRC.
At Auction
How much is this worth? No idea whatever, hence the auction. I will also provide a signed letter describing the provenance. The starting price is $10, the increment is $5, and there is no reserve. It’s sold “as-is,” and domestic shipping is a flat $10 (Priority with tracking number).
